When fitting a kitchen door there is not much work required, if you have measured your previous locations of your hinge holes correctly then this should be such a simple task. It will just be a case of putting your new hinges or even reusing the hinges off your previous doors you are replacing into the hinge hole cut outs on the back of your new made to measure doors. You can then fix these hinges to the back of your kitchen/bedroom doors with 15mm screws.
When the hinges are fitted to the back of your doors you will now have to fit the door to the hinge plates mounted on your carcass. This is done by attaching the hinge to the plate with a screw or by using a Blum clip on type hinge; this is a very simple job. After all this is done you can align all the doors up by using the hinges and plates to get a perfect fit.
Tools required: Phillips screwdriver or battery powered drill, a measuring tape, pencil and a square.
