Where Should I Store...
Citrus

Fridge

Refrigerator: Up to 3 weeks

Kitchen worktop: 4-5 days

Tip: Don’t wash citrus fruits before storing them as this brings on more moisture which could end up in spoilage/mould.

For the first week, store the fruit in a cool, dry, dark place. Eat the softest ones first. After a week has passed, move the citrus fruit to the refrigerator (in the fruit drawer) to keep fresh for longer. Do not store in plastic bags as this could encourage mould.
