Refrigerator: 3-4 days
Tip: Do not wash or de-stem at all until use as not only is kale very sensitive and the extra moisture will increase chances of spoiling.
To store, tightly wrap in a paper towel and then place in an air-tight bag. Although kale is quite large, try to get the bag as air-tight as you can. Make sure to store the kale in the coldest part of the fridge (towards the back) – the longer the kale is left at room temperature the more bitter it gets.
