Tip: If stored correctly, uncooked pasta can last years past the expiration date.

To store cooked pasta, place in the refrigerator in an airtight container. When reheating, place in boiling water for a few seconds and then drain. You can also freeze cooked pasta. Before freezing, cool the cooked pasta and then drizzle with olive oil. Place into an airtight container/freezer bags in the freezer. To defrost, place in a colander in the sink and run slightly warm water over.
