Freezer: 10-12 months
Tip: Green peppers tend to stay fresher for longer compared to orange or red peppers.
Store peppers in a plastic bag in the refrigerator crisper drawer. When freezing, slice or chop the peppers, spread out on a tray, freeze. Then place in airtight containers/freezer bags and return to freezer.
