Where Should I Store...
Salad Leaves

Fridge

Fridge: Three Days
Tip: A salad spinner makes a world of difference to your leaves. Draining off excess moisture and storing your leaves with some paper towels can make them last for up to two weeks.

Salad leaves are notorious for going off quickly and ending up in the bin. There are plenty of ways to make your salad leaves shine for a while longer! The main trick is getting the leaves out the the plastic bag before storing them. Chunkier leaves can be kept in water, or layered between paper towels to keep them fresh.
