Where Should I Store...
Sausages

Fridge

Refrigerator: 4-5 days
Freezer: 1-2 months
Tip: Keep away from cooked foods.

Leave sausages in original vacuum packages until needed. Once opened, rewrap sausages tightly to keep air out. You can also freeze them in their original packaging.

When thawing sausages, keep them in the fridge rather than at room temperature to avoid bacteria growth.

Sausages should always be stored in the fridge, preferably in the middle shelves to keep them cool. Cooked, dried or cured sausage will last much longer than fresh sausages, so check the package before storing.
