Where Should I Store...
Yogurt

Fridge

Refrigerator (unopened): 1-2 weeks
Refrigerator (opened): 3 days

Tip: Store your yogurt on the colder upper shelves of your fridge rather than the door to make it last longer and avoid that watery build up!
Once you open yogurt, you will need to eat it within three days. Yogurt also easily takes on other odours in your fridge, so make sure the lid is kept on tight once you’ve opened it, or you have moved any yogurt with a foil lid into a plastic container with a sealed lid.
You can freeze yogurt, but it will affect the yogurt’s taste and texture after defrosting.
Yogurt also warms up quickly, so make sure it is moved quickly from the shop back to your fridge.
