Garlic is used as a staple in many home cooked meals from pasta to curry to add an extra kick of flavour. It is produced in plenty of countries including Spain, Argentina, Mexico and China. Storing garlic in a cool dry place, preferably in a garlic keeper, will improve its shelf life.
