Dear Sir/Madam,

I received my order from you in full yesterday and would like to say a big thankyou to your company for providing an excellent service. I came across your company by accident after trying to order from a competitor, which failed even after e-mailing them on several occasions. They offered me a £5 voucher for spending over £1000, but your company was over £150 cheaper for the same service. The wife and I are well pleased with the goods which were all spot on sized and fit like a glove considering there were over thirty items. I won`t hesitate to recomend you to my friends and once again welldone and thankyou.
