Q. Do the doors, handles and worktops come with a guarantee?

A. Of course – quality is our main priority and all kitchen doors, handles and worktops come with a 2-year guarantee.

Q. When will my new doors be delivered?

A. We aim to manufacture and deliver orders within 28 working days of processing your payment.

Q. Does Lark & Larks provide a fitting service?

A. Our fitting team is available within Birmingham and the Midlands (call to find out). If you live outside of this area, just do a search for kitchen fitters on yell.com.

Q. Can I fit the new doors myself?

A. It’s easy to fit your replacement kitchen doors with some basic tools and our free fitting guide (ask for this when you order). You will need four tools: a drill, screwdriver, tape measure and bradrawl. You’ll also need wood screws (see below).

Q. Do the new doors come with screws and hinges?

A. No. You can order hinges when you order your new doors, if you need them. You’ll need to buy 2x6x5/8 wood screws at a local DIY shop.

Q. Do you supply kitchen cupboard carcasses?

A. Yes – we stock a range of wall and base units, all of which are self-assembly. Contact us for a stock list and to order.

Q. We are looking for basic doors – do you have any?

A. Yes, we have an MFC Basic range in 29 colours. Please contact us to order.
