We will contact you with a delivery date approximately 1 week before your order is delivered, this applies to all Kitchen units, doors or accessory orders. Made to measure doors fronts, drawer fronts, Kitchen units or accessories we aim to deliver within 2-3 weeks*. Standard doors we aim to deliver within 2 weeks or 5 weeks if individually apinted. All worktops, sinks, taps, storage, handles and fittings orders we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days.Delivery Zones
All deliveries to mainland Scotland will be subject to additional surcharges. Please call for a delivery quote before ordering. PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver Rigid units or Flatpack units to Scottish Highlands. Kitchen Doors, Flat Pack Units and Accessories

How much? Delivery is 10% of your order value (20% if order includes Astra doors) with a minimum of £15** for 1 or 2 items, £30** for 3 or more items or £40 if the order contains flat pack units. Large orders will have a capped delivery charge of just £50 or £60 if the order contains flat pack units. If adding rigid units or worktops to your door or accessory order then the shipping charges will follow whichever is greater.
How long? Most of our doors and accessories are made to order, so they usually take about 2-3 weeks, depending on which door range you choose. If you require more information, then please call us on 0845 017 6480.
All of our standard kitchen doors except for the Bowfell painted range will be delivered within 2 weeks. The Bowfell painted range are sprayed to order and will be delivered within 5 weeks.
Kitchen Handles, Lights and Hinges
How much? If you’re only ordering hinges and handles, our delivery charge is 15%** of the order value. Minimum £5, maximum £8. If the order is only for 1 or 2 sample handles then the minimum delivery is £3.
How long? If your order only contains hinges and handles, it will be delivered in 2-5 working days.
Sinks, Taps and Kitchen or Bedroom Storage Items
How much? Delivery of sinks, taps, kitchen storage and waste bins and bedroom storage is 10% of order value or £10, whichever is greater. Shipping is capped at £50. If ordered with doors, accessories, units or worktops then shipping will follow whichever is greater.
How long? Sinks, taps and storage items take about 2-5 working days depending on stock levels.
Kitchen Worktops
How much? Delivery of any quantity of worktops is £50 including VAT. If ordered with units then the shipping charge will follow whichever is greater.
How long? Worktops take approximately 1 week to deliver.
Will you be home? The couriers will need help getting the worktops into your house! Please make sure that we arrange a date and time which are convenient for you. If you’re not available to receive the delivery, we are forced to charge for re-delivery. If you are ordering rigid units with your worktops and select the Silver deliver service (£150.00) then don’t worry as this is a 2 man delivery service and we will be responsible for getting your whole order into your place of storage, ground floor only.
Rigid Kitchen Units
Standard delivery: £50.00
Minimum Order value of £500.00 of rigid units (including VAT). So shipping will be £50.00 capped for UK mainland (call for delivery prices to Scottish Highlands and far coastal areas). See postcode list below.
Surcharge on small orders
Where the total value of rigid units is under £500 (including VAT), a surcharge is added for delivery giving a total delivery cost of £75 for Standard delivery.

Please note this is a 1 man delivery. Our driver will only be responsible to get the units and any other items ordered to the back of the Van.
It is your responsibility to supply labour and to carry your goods into your place of storage.

Silver Delivery: £150.00
