Delivery
Choose Lark & Larks and your new kitchen won't just be better value for money, it'll be better quality and quicker too! We will contact you with a delivery date by email or telephone a week before your order is due to be delivered. This applies to all kitchen units, doors, drawer fronts or accessory orders. Made to measure doors, drawer fronts, kitchen units or accessories we aim to deliver within 2-3 weeks*. Standard doors we aim to deliver within 2-3 weeks or 3-6 weeks if painted-to-order. All storage, handles and fittings orders we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: As some deliveries are made direct from our network of suppliers, some deliveries are sent on pallets and will require you to unload, remove and dispose of any packaging and pallets. Some products are large and heavy, please ensure you arrange additional support if required.
Some orders are sent from various suppliers or are split into smaller parcels and long lengths by couriers so you may get multiple deliveries on the same day.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary by product type but are all capped at £60 (including VAT) per range for standard delivery on any size of order, large or small except for orders containing rigid units. Standard one man delivery for rigid units is from £125 (including VAT) and two man silver delivery is from £275 (including VAT) for any size of order - see below for details.

Postcodes starting with the following letters are considered part of our Standard Delivery Zone A. Other postcodes are subject to a delivery surcharge, based on distance and accessibility from our factory.

We will deliver to most mainland UK addresses, however, all deliveries to mainland Scotland, some parts of northern England, southern England, Wales, eastern England, Greater and Central London will be subject to additional surcharges. PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver rigid units or flatpack units to Scottish Highlands or Islands. All other orders not containing rigid units or flatpack units to be delivered to Scottish Highlands or Islands will be subject to additional surcharges. Please call for a delivery quote before ordering.
For Isle of Wight (IOW) postcodes (PO30–PO41), we may be able to deliver your order to the Ports of Southampton or Portsmouth, for you to arrange onward transportation. Please note that responsibility for your order transfers to the Buyer at the point it is unloaded from our delivery vehicle. Lark & Larks Ltd cannot accept liability for any damages incurred during onward transportation.
Once your order has been placed for an IOW postcode, a member of our customer service team will contact you to discuss your delivery arrangements.
Notes
Please do not book in any fitters or labour for installation until you have received and checked all of the delivered items from us. Although we do our very best to meet our delivery times, deliveries times can sometimes be delayed due to remakes and busy periods. Lark & Larks will not be held liable for any losses caused by these instances.
*All delivery dates are given only as guidance - during busy periods orders sometimes take longer to despatch.
**PLEASE NOTE: Orders not containing rigid units or flatpack units may still be delivered to addresses in Northern Ireland and some addresses in the Scottish Highlands, but they may incur extra delivery costs (Silver delivery not available). Please contact us to check.

We will email you with dispatch date confirmation giving you 1-2 days notice for delivery from this date. As these orders are delivered direct from our manufacturer to keep lead times down, you will need to be available to take delivery on the advised dates. If you are unable to take delivery on the planned delivery date and the courier attempts to deliver you will be charged for redelivery. So please keep a look out for delivery confirmation email to avoid any additional delivery charges.
Standard Delivery (orders containing rigid units): £125
Customer information:
Will you be home? The couriers will need help getting large items into your house. Once you receive your delivery date, please advise us, at your earliest convenience, if you are not able to accept delivery on that day. If you're not available to receive the delivery, we will charge for redelivery.
Please note this is a 1 man delivery. Our driver will only be responsible to get the items ordered to the back of the van. It is your responsibility to supply labour and to carry your goods into your place of storage.
Delivery date will be confirmed 1 week prior to delivery.
Silver Delivery (orders containing rigid units): £275.00
Customer information:
2 man delivery and off load. Our driver and mate will be responsible to get the items ordered off the van and load into your place of storage, ground floor only. Once you receive your delivery date, please advise us, at your earliest convenience, if you are not able to accept delivery on that day. If you're not available to receive the delivery, we will charge for redelivery.
Delivery date will be confirmed prior to delivery.
Minimum Orders
Rigid kitchen and bedroom units and Gravity and Edge doors and accessories are subject to minimum order values.
Any order containing rigid kitchen and bedroom units or manufactured accessories requires a minimum of 5 units in each selected unit finish or a total order value of at least £500, including VAT.
Any order containing Gravity or Edge doors and/or manufactured accessories needs a minimum order of £150 (inc. VAT) in each selected door finish.
Collections
You can collect your order directly from our factory, in person. Please specify this with our friendly customer service team when you place your order. Please note, we are not able to facilitate factory collections by instructed couriers.
