Sales & Returns Policy
1. All orders must be submitted to Lark & Larks Ltd in writing via our online order system or by email. Cancellation requests should be made using the same method as the original order, including all relevant reference numbers.
2. Some products are 'made to order,' and therefore, the Buyer does not have the right to cancel the order unless explicitly agreed to by Lark & Larks Ltd in writing. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
3. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order and that the items are suitable for their intended purpose. Lark & Larks Ltd provides guidance or suggestions as a service only and cannot be held liable for such advice.
4. In the event of an agreed cancellation by Lark & Larks Ltd, the Buyer will indemnify Lark & Larks Ltd for all expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.
5. If Lark & Larks Ltd agrees to a return, the Goods must not have been installed and should be returned in their original, unopened packaging at the Buyer's expense.
6. For non-made-to-order Goods, under the Consumer Credit Act, the Buyer can cancel the agreement within 7 working days from the delivery date. The returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original unopened packaging. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable re-handling fees, which will be provided upon request. After deducting any re-handling fees, a refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned products in the condition outlined above. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
7. The Buyer is responsible for verifying that all units and accessories are correct at the time of ordering. Any advice given by Lark & Larks Ltd does not guarantee accuracy. Any amendments after the order has been placed will incur a £25 (inc VAT) administration fee. Changes must be submitted in writing and approved by Lark & Larks Ltd.
8. The Buyer is entitled to a free replacement for any goods that arrive damaged. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify Lark & Larks of any damages, shortages, or errors within 24 hours. Replacement Goods will be shipped either assembled or flat-packed, as per the specification on our website.
