I have been Factory Team Manager for just over ten years. I make sure that everything in the factory runs safely and efficiently; take deliveries of materials and ensure that the factory team is meeting our tightly set time schedules.

I enjoy the challenge of my job. The work that we produce in the factory is critical to our customer's experiences at L&L so I like to maintain our high standards throughout the production process.
