• - 6 Large Free Range Eggs
• - 350g grated cheddar cheese
• - 25g Butter
• - Salt and pepper to season
• - 1 teaspoon of freshly chopped chives

Butter a shallow ovenproof baking dish and cover with half of your grated cheese. Break the eggs over the cheese, making sure you don’t break the yolks.

Season the eggs and cover with the remaining cheese, and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the eggs have set. Sprinkle the chives over the top and serve with fresh bread and salad.
