• Spray Paint: you should use something that is durable and doesn’t rust. We would recommend something like Rust-Oleum Spray paint.
• Bonding Primer: Again you should use something that can last the different tests it goes through in the kitchen. We would recommend the Rust-Oleum Surface Primer in the colour of your choice.
• Degreaser: Dish detergent or something that acts as a degreaser.
• Protective Covering: Cardboard or cloth to place under the handle.

Carefully unscrew and remove all handles from your cabinets. This ensures you can paint every surface evenly.

Soak the handles in warm, soapy water or use a degreaser to remove any grime. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.

Place the handles on your protective covering. Holding the primer about 20cm away, spray an even coat over each handle. Allow them to dry for 30 minutes to 1 hour before flipping and repeating on the other side.

Once the primer is dry, apply the spray paint in the same manner - holding the can 20cm away and spraying evenly. Apply 2-3 coats, allowing each to dry for about an hour. Flip the handles and repeat on the other side. Let them cure for 24 hours.

After the paint has fully cured, reattach the handles to your cabinets. Step back and admire your refreshed kitchen!
